fantastic choice friendly staff great room card machine frustrated customers room bill
the breakfast had a fantastic choice. it included additional purposely cooked items like eggs benedict. staff were very friendly and helpful. the room size was great with everything i needed.
the card machine was not working in the bar, so it was cash only. the duty manager just walked away, claiming there was nothing he could do. they refused to add drinks to a room bill.

clean room plentiful breakfast lovely staff
I stayed in a standard king room. the room was very clean. breakfast was easy to access and plentiful. The layout prevented queues. the staff were lovely. Catering, reception, and cleaning all stood out.

The hotel is very close to the arena. It is a short walk. I parked on level 10 of the car park, it provided direct access to the hotel. The breakfast was substantial (I was particularly impressed with the range of options).
The gym could use some new equipment.

minor issues
long wait limited access
the room was not ready when i arrived , even though it was well past the stated check-in time. i went to use the pool , but i was informed that there would be a two-hour wait. if i wanted to use the pool the following day , i could only do so at 7am. i booked this hotel specifically for the pool , but i was not able to use it at all.

Admirable Hotel Experience
convenient location really good friendliness amazing service
I discovered the hotel's proximity to the central station particularly convenient. The short walk made transportation seamless. The staff exhibited really good friendliness and provided significant assistance throughout my stay. Radina at reception and Elena during breakfast demonstrated amazing service and attentiveness.
I observed that the window in my room could not be opened. Housekeeping used air freshener. The fragrance lingered for the duration of my visit. This impacted air quality in a negative way.

The room featured blackout curtains that were very effective. A very large television was provided. The walk-in shower contributed to a great sense of comfort and convenience .

I found the restaurant team to be professional and very attentive. Staff offered advice on different options available, ensuring every detail was addressed with care. Special recognition goes to Robin, Brijesh, and Lakshmi for their excellent service.
